Andrea Keating

Andrea Keating, founder of Reelcities, has nearly two decades of production management experience. As Founder and CEO of Crews Control, the agency that represents independent crews from Alaska to Zimbabwe, Albuquerque to Sri Lanka, Andrea sets the highest standards for quality control and customer service. She has the enviable job of watching TV while at work, as she personally screens the demo reels of all applicants to make sure her clients will be 100 percent satisfied with the quality of her camera people.

Andrea’s fascination with moving images began in childhood and carried her through to college and beyond. A graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Radio, Television and Film, Andrea began her career in local radio and television news. While working for major network affiliates she learned more about the fast-paced world of in-house and on-location production.

Crews Control, founded in 1988, was Andrea's initial foray into successful entrepreneurship. Crews Control 's founder has become a pivotal player in the world of corporate communications and video production. Fortune 500 companies from around the globe turn to Andrea Keating and her staff when their production needs take them to locations near and far.

One of the television, film and video industries most innovative thinkers, Andrea has been written about in Inc., Entrepreneur, and other regional and local business publications. Her desire to create practical solutions for age-old problems has led her to create Reelcities, the revolutionary concept in stock footage acquisition.

Andrea is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, the premier, non-profit, global organization for young entrepreneurs. In addition, she is a graduate of the MIT/YEO/Inc. Magazines "Birthing of Giants" program. She resides with her family in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
